The first order was lost in transit on the fault of UPS, and was immediately rectified and they even included a miraculous medal with the rosary! The rosary itself is also beautiful and extremely well made.
This rosary is so lovely. It exceded my expectations. It is a little heavier in weight than most rosaries that I have used, however that does not diminish the superb craftsmanship that went into to making this exquisite and detailed piece. From the sculpted corpus of Jesus Christ on crucifix to the silver roses that divide each decade, signifying roses from heaven that the Little Flower, Saint Theresa is known for:“I will spend my heaven doing good on earth. I will send a shower of roses“.

I absolutely love this rosary. It is absolutely beautiful.
This is my favorite Rosary to pray with now! The rose shaped Our Father beads and the smooth, white Hail Mary beads make it easy for me to pray at night before bed after I've shut off the lights. It's durability drew me to make the switch from chain Rosaries to paracord. And it being a third class Relic of my personal patron saint makes it even more beautiful!

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
