We have many customers who have asked for a way to make a monetary gift to help someone who needs a Rugged Rosary but cannot afford one themselves. This is where you can contribute to the Rugged Rosary Fund. The RR Fund helps pay for the materials and shipping when we donate rosaries to people in need. We are so grateful and appreciative of any amount received for the RR Fund.
Every week we receive emails or messages on social media from people who need a rosary but do not have the means of affording one. Your gracious and thoughtful gift goes directly toward the donations of rosaries.
Examples of people who request rosaries are veterans suffering from PTSD, people who can't find jobs or can't work, people who are suffering from medical issues, people suffering from depression, and people in prison.
We truly love sending out beautiful new Rugged Rosaries to those that need them. We always try to make something special just for them, often adding an appropriate saint medal and crucifix to fit their needs.

Orders received Monday through Thursday at noon will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
Orders received after 12 noon on Thursdays generally will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. We strive very hard to get shipments out as soon as possible, but at times, we can get 1 to 2 days behind this time of year due to heavy increase in orders. We are working weekends to keep up at this time of year, so please order early. Your patience is appreciated.
We offer a free Standard shipping option for domestic USA orders of $60.00 or more.
On orders in the USA we offer rates starting at a lowered flat rate of $5.00 with service from USPS and UPS including 2nd day air. Rates vary depending on which service the customer selects at checkout.
Carriers start counting delivery time on the day after the item is received by the carrier.
We have found that orders going to the lower 48 states usually arrive within 5 or 6 days in December using standard but is not guaranteed.

If you do not wish to use the FREE EASY USA RETURN portal, ship your item with a note that includes your name, email, and message as to why you wish to return your item, to the address below. When using this method, returns are accepted for any reason within 90 days of your purchase date. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
