I seems simple enough to fix the break, but the repair kit needs a short YouTube video about using the repair kit
I ended up ordering some dog tag, ball snap closing tabs. I installed one at the break and it was fixed. I would still like to know how to use the Rugged Rosary kit.

In searching for any way to repair a "combat rosary", I found this wonderful company and was able to obtain the necessary item (replacement 5 decades). The replacement took only a couple minutes. I was advised to have the replacement blessed by a priest, even though the Crucifix and Center piece and St. Benedict medal are still original. Thank you again!
I was absolutely amazed at the price of the kits and that they were fully assembled and ready to go when they showed up at my door. In truth, I expected a bag full of random bits and pieces that I would have to struggle to assemble, but this was amazing. They really take good care of their people and I love that. 😁
I expected this to be a difficult and intricate process to repair my rosary (to be fair, they call them 'rugged' not 'invincible') but it took myself and a friend less than 10 minutes to figure it out and complete the repair. I'm very, very happy.
The service to repair a broken link is so good, it is almost embarrassing for other companies that don't take care of their customers the way Rugged Rosaries does. I received my first military rosary as a gift and have now given it as a gift to my brothers for significant events in their lives.

My son lost his battle beads and after praying for St Anthony's intercession they showed up a month later but had broke. I ordered the replacement parts and was able to repay his rosary quickly. Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
