It's a great product and quite the beautifull rosarry.
The name given to this rosary is perfect. The durable, well crafted and subdued coloring matching beads and paracord keeps this rosary quite humble which pairs with humility for myself reciting the rosary prayers, daily, when giving glory & praise to Our Lord and Lady. I’m quite content with this model of rosary. I will keep ordering these type of corded rosaries when newer models arrive in different arrangements and are available for sale. Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
