I am a new Catholic (in OCIA now) and recently started praying the Rosary each Sunday before mass with other from our parish. The miraculous medal medallion is beautiful. The Crucifix is substantial and beautiful as well with the two Mary's. It’s not that I need three beads to help me keep count of my Hail Mary’s but it sits on my nightstand and my reminder to get on my knees at the start of each day. Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.

We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
