I am so glad I saw the ad for Rugged Rosaries shortly before committing to ordering from another online store. This is my first 'full' (all five decades) rosary I have purchased. The Black Monk rosary is beautiful from top to bottom. The cross is larger than your average rosary cross and with such detail! The beads are also larger than most rosaries and I have come to really like them, especially as a man with larger hands. I really feel the weight and substance of the rosary in my hands while praying. The paracord is thick and strong, and has a black mixed with gray color. I added the Sacred Heart silver medal as well as St. Therese, since she is the patron saint of my parish. Also, I highly recommend buying the black logo rosary zip pouch, as the rosary fits well inside and makes it easy to transport in your work or school bag.
If you are devoted to the Rosary, then plan on acquiring one beautiful Rosary after another and simply put them in a rotation. Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
