I bought the rosary for my wife. And she really loves it. I have bought a few other Rosaries® one for myself and one for my granddaughter and they are very awesome Rosaries®. They are very nice Rosaries® something that no one else will have.
I was very impressed with the construction, the beauty, my only disappointment was that the beads were plastic. I would have paid a little more to have either glass or quartz beads. Although if you needed to carry around the plastic does make them lighter to carry around. Overall I loved them.

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
