I've carried a Rosary with me for years and have had a number break. I was looking for a Rosary that would hold up to daily carry in my pocket or backpack and found the Crusaders Rosary does the job! The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and the Saint Benedict Crucifix is beautiful. Although the Crusaders Rosary is larger than my other Rosaries, it folds up nicely in the drawstring carry pouch, doesn't get tangled, and is comfortable to carry in my pocket. Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
