This was exactly what I needed! My old drop chain on my rosary had broken, so my rosary was without a crucifix for some time. The rest of my rosary was not from Rugged Rosaries, but the replacement was super easy and the transition from the drop chain to the rest of the rosary is seamless.
I am overjoyed on discovering you have repair parts for your rosaries. I had been using my WW1 rosary for years when the cable broke at the ring in the end of the five decades. It’s been sitting its pouch now for a couple of years and now I discover you will replace the chain. I am just readying to go on pilgrimage and am delighted I will be carrying my Rugged Rosary with me. Btw, it was relatively easy to install my new chain.
In searching for any way to repair a "combat rosary", I found this wonderful company and was able to obtain the necessary item (replacement 5 decades). The replacement took only a couple minutes. I was advised to have the replacement blessed by a priest, even though the Crucifix and Center piece and St. Benedict medal are still original. Thank you again!

I had a need for a stainless steel chain over brass, and RR made it super easy to make it happen with this kit. I would follow their recommendation of using a tool to reattach medals and crucifixes to the connector rings.

Thank you for the drop chain. I was able to take my crucifix off the old drop chain and reattach it to the rosary. My 3rd class relic is whole again.
My rosary is 2 years old and has broken 2x. They have repaired it (or sent parts so I could repair it) both times .. I am disappointed it broke in the first place 2x. But also appreciate their willingness to fix it cheaply.

I seems simple enough to fix the break, but the repair kit needs a short YouTube video about using the repair kit
I ended up ordering some dog tag, ball snap closing tabs. I installed one at the break and it was fixed. I would still like to know how to use the Rugged Rosary kit.

I was absolutely amazed at the price of the kits and that they were fully assembled and ready to go when they showed up at my door. In truth, I expected a bag full of random bits and pieces that I would have to struggle to assemble, but this was amazing. They really take good care of their people and I love that. 😁

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
