I am very happy with my beautiful Black Monk Rosary! I had a few requests that Rugged Rosaries fulfilled and it turned out better than I expected! I'm glad I chose the solid black paracord as I feel it gives the rosary a classic and timeless look. The beads feel great in my hands and I'm able to wear it as well. My days of wasting money on traditional rosaries from other companies that always break are finally over. I look forward to purchasing more rugged rosaries in the future! I absolutely love this rosary. As a construction worker it’s very easy to snag a rosary on something and break it. This rosary feels truly unbreakable. The weight is very substantial, you know you’ve got it on that’s for sure. I pray it daily and it has really made the experience of praying it better. I especially love that I can pray it without looking down at the beads since they’re large enough to feel when you’re at the our father beads.
Also, I appreciate that the folks at RR were able to put a different crucifix on it for me as our church is Franciscan so the San Damiano crucifix has a lot of meaning to me. Love the grey color of this one as well, the gunmetal beads are great and the silver our fathers are a nice contrast.
One thing I’ll note however, and perhaps this is just me being in construction that causes it, but as you can see in the photos my our father beads have tarnished substantially in just the one month I’ve owned this rosary. It’s ok with me because it shows me I’m praying it often but I did find it unusual. The gunmetal beads don’t tarnish though.
Also I notice that it does discolor my fingers a bit as I pray but that comes off easily.
Overall, I love the rosary and would buy another, perhaps with different beads. Thank you guys for making a truly rugged rosary.
very pleased with the Rosary
I had an idea of what I was getting because they were rosary. However, when the package came with everything else they include from prayers to a rosary ring I was blown away. The quality is absolutely amazing and truly a work of art. It is something I would be proud to hand down to my own son, which I will be ordering him his own when it’s time.
This is the first product I’ve purchased from Rugged Rosaries but it absolutely will not be my last!

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
