Absolutely beautiful Franciscan Crown rosary. This was a special custom order made just for me, and the craftsmanship is exceptional... solid, prayerful, and clearly made with care. I was genuinely amazed by the speed as well, with less than a week turn-around. SOLID construction... paracord with metal and resin beads that feel indestructible, and the San Damiano crucifix has weight and substance to it. Overall very pleasant in the hands. I had saint medals added, as well as extra rings for a couple medals I already had. Outstanding quality and service. Rugged Rosaries exceeded every expectation.
I purchased the Marian Power Meditation Rosary about a week after I received the Black Monk Rosary. The photos don't do this rosary justice because the blue beads are just beautiful. These are not small rosaries, the crucifix on them are the size of my palm and I'm OK with that! I'm 65 and am beginning to have some dexterity issues, so they're ideal for me. If you do not wish to use the FREE EASY USA RETURN portal, ship your item with a note that includes your name, email, and message as to why you wish to return your item, to the address below. Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
