Dear Rugged Rosaries, I bought one of your beautiful enameled scapulars 3yrs or so ago and I love it. From the moment I put it on, I have never taken it off not even to shower. I was a bit sceptical as to how long the string would last being exposed to soap and hot water daily to every other day.
Happily, it is still growing strong. Also, although I try to keep it under my clothes, as scapulars do, it pops up and I have gotten my compliments on how beautiful it is. So I recently purchased 3 more. One for my cousin, my aunt and my sister.
I definitely recommend this product to anyone thinking about purchasing one!

I love these Scapulars. I have been giving them as gifts. Beautiful work.
I absolutely love the medals and the idea of these scapulars, but they are soooo short. I don’t like wearing my scapular like a necklace. These either stick up on the chest too high like a necklace or, if I pull the front down lower and tucked away, hang out at the nape of my neck above my shirt in a weird position. I’ve been buying the scapulars anyway (4 so far) as gifts and am redoing them with longer length if the recipient wants me to - so far they all have said they’re too short so I redo them. Other than that, all the gift recipients have loved them!
(Not sure why RR insists on making them so small. We’ve been in touch. Two lengths to choose from would be awesome.)

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
