Some of our natural material products can have a stronger smell at first, especially when they are newly packaged or absorb moisture, sweat, and oils from the skin, an odor can sometimes develop, especially if the bracelet remains damp. This is usually temporary and tends to improve significantly after the item has had some time to air out and dry fully.
We recommend leaving it in an open, dry area for a few days, as this usually helps the smell fade naturally. If this doesn't improve, please reach out to our support team at Support@RuggedRosaries.com. We'll be happy to assist you for a full refund.

I wasn’t expecting much and I got more than I would have imagined. I really like the look and feel of the Jujube bracelet. Even with the wear (as I am constantly up and around due to work and hobbies) the bracelet keeps its look and feel. Wanted to wait a few days while I wore this rosary bracelet before I wrote a review, but I absolutely love it. The jujube wood is beautiful and it’s a very sturdy piece. I’m a firefighter and a veteran, that’s very active and having worn this for a week while on shift and in the gym, through out the day, it’s really stood up to the grind. I chose the St Michael medal to be added to it and it looks great and is a faithful reminder that I’m always protected whether on a call or just going about the day with the family. Couldn't figure out why there were 11 of the bigger beads instead of 10 for 10 Hail Marys. One of the big beads next to the cross has two beads on either side of it and that is the decade bead and then the remaining 10 beads are for Hail Marys. Actually makes me think more about which decade I am on now and where I am at saying my Rosary, I like it.
I love this jujube wood rosary bracelet. It’s well made, I wear it all the time. I have several Rugged Rosaries products, it’s a great company with wonderful products. Their packaging is awesome too, the little bag with cards, Rugged Rosary Cheat Sheet, love it all.

I'm not a huge wearing wrist decoration kind of person - usually only wear a watch - this has changed things! I wear this bracelet every day. If I had one thing to change, I may not have gone with two medals as they feel a bit distracting to me - may fix that by ordering a second one with no medals for when I want to go stealth :-)

If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
