In the past, I purchased a WWI Rosary from your company and it is both beautiful and sturdy. I pray the Rosary every day and carry one in my pocket and keep one in my purse. Make sure to check the sizes for the medals on your rosary, thought they would be bigger and was surprised to see them small, but was very happy! They're not uncomfortable and are very appealing to look at and hold, it is beautiful and I can pray with it well.

They arrived on time and we're packed well. As described but both rosaries arrived with out the Christmas trees on them. I was bummed because I wanted both receivers to know for sure they were given Christmas rosaries. One didn't notice it was Christmas but the 2nd receiver noticed right away.

We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
