This rosary is built very strong and has an extremely nice design with the archangel and the crucifix. I replaced the crucifix to go onto my other rosary because it looks more fitting.

The construction of the rosary is very well done, and has some definite durability. It's a little bulkier than I anticipated, but it's not by any means unwieldly, or too big. The 550 cord is tied exceptionally. I requested to change my crucifix and Rugged Rosaries changed it out without extra cost or any hassle. As a new Catholic, I'm grateful for their services, as I have not found any rosaries of similar styles.

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
