The silver beads on my rosary were showing their age. I sent the rosary in and had those beads replaced with stainless steel beads at the suggestion of Anna with RR customer service. It was the right choice and I know the beads will never wear out again! I had my rosary back within a week! The rosary is beautiful and I love praying with it! Thank you!
I have had my rugged rosary for nearly seven years. I always carry it with me, and in all that time and use, it only needed repairing once. I sent it in, and they repaired it for a small fee. Very satisfied.

I had two rosary beads that needed work: one needed repair and the other needed to be restrung and spiffed up. For $10 RR did both rosary beads. They came back perfect and beautiful. I mailed them on a Monday and they were back to me in NJ by the following Monday. Wow! These guys are just great. God bless them.
I sent my rosary I had purchased years ago to Rugged Rosaries to be restrung with a different color cord and some new Our Father beads. I had not used this rosary very much and I realized that it needed to be brightened up. I could not be happier with my new rosary. It went from drab to FAB! Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
