Ordered for my son who is in the Army. Very well made and durable. I have a a law enforcement officer rugged rosary and carry it with me daily. Plan to order again.

Nicely made but this is a very large piece for carrying around a military experience. May be more suitable for home use. Something more compact to carry with all the gear that’s required may be better.

I bought this rosary as well as WWI Battle Beads. This rosary is also well made. However, I was surprised to find out it was so bulking as beads are two to thee times the side of the WWI Battle Beads rosary. It's not one that i would carry in my pocket as normal size rosaries. This one will stay in my office desk. Thanks!

This product is sturdy and looks great. Enjoy it for the memories when I was in the military.

It arrived a day late, but that was the fault of the post office. RR had shipped my rosary within 24hrs and it's fantastic. It feels sturdy and has a good weight to it. I'll definitely be buying more.

First communion gift for a 7-year-old; he was showing it off to his friends soon after. Manly, well-made, should last him for a long time. It is pretty large, so don't expect it to hide in a pocket unnoticed; but it also came with a finger decade rosary for any times when the bulk would prohibit. Very pleased.

The material is great, it doesn’t get tangled, I’ve dropped it a couple times and it hit my desk as well, no cracks, good as new. Have the WWI and green army colored Benedict medal one. I’ve been wanted rosaries like these for a while! During the COVID-19 pandemic it said it’d take 15 days, it took 3 days.

My thirteen year old son discovered the Rugged Rosaries website and has been harassing us for one ever since. As Catholics, and like most Catholics, we have A LOT of rosaries in our house but this one is quite special in the sense that it is super durable and a rugged rosary with a unique look. We will definitely be buying more.

We ordered two rosaries, one for my husband and one for my five year old son. My husband wanted a rosary he really liked, and felt the ones we had were too much like what his grandmother used. He got a WWI gunmetal one and likes it quite a bit. It has a good weight to it and feels sturdy. We bought a paracord one for my son, he sleeps with a rosary and when we are praying as a family he likes to tug his and has broken three already. This one seems indestructible. We will be ordering more as my other two children have expressed wanting their own rugged rosary.

Came in a timely manner...like the size, I have big hands. Will take sometime to get it broke in...what a great way to “break” something in. Thanks good work all

A very masculine Rosary truly very rugged. One esuggestion: use images to accurately dispaly the size of the Rosary. I purchased the paracord Rosary, and the size was bigger than I expected. Not a problem for me, but others may want to make sure it can fit in certain places before buying. Great Rosary, love the Benedictine Crucifix.

Wonderful Rosary!!! Arrived on time with a prayer card to St Joseph... Little did you know that I purchased this Rosary as a gift for my husband, who’s name is José (Joseph in Spanish). When I was growing up in the 1970s praying the rosary was largely ignored. I am just learning to pray it now! Being almost sixty I appreciate the larger beads and the enclosed "cheat sheet." I tell people its MY wireless device!

I have so many it's a bit of an obsession. Love the quality!

We sent one to our son who is in the Navy and he was so thrilled to have received it. He loved it. The extra St Michael charm meant a lot to him and it was a nice addition. Quality was excellent. I was a little surprised at the size (it was bigger than we envisioned) but all and all a very special product.

This is the 5th RR I’ve gotten for my sons and husband. Although my son and I were happy with his rosary, we were disappointed that the beads were not metal on this particular one. I did not read through the description— only assumed based on the pictures.

I have purchased 5 so far over the last year because they are just so beautiful and high quality craftsmanship. They are great to give for presents as well. They are all beautiful hard to pick just one.

My only complaint is the price but I am a tight wad anyway you slice it. It could be $15 and I would still complain. They are truthful in advertising, I received what I paid for.

This rosary is amazing. It really is rugged. I have had traditional rosaries that have snapped and broken due to daily use or being caught on random things. I don’t foresee this happening to this rosary. I love it. It’s worth the price. I will be purchasing more for my use and for my family and friends.

I ordered a soldier rosary in basic black and switched the crucifix and this gives it the feel of a custom and very enjoyable to pray with.

First off the stars are a very mature, honest rating based on this specific product (which I will explain) HOWEVER its with great abounding enthusiasm that I would give this company 5 stars.

It took me a long time to decide on which rosary to go with, I ultimately went with this one given the color scheme matches authorized field colors (I’m a Marine). While I do agree with the quality of materials, “rugged” is relative lol, after a week of use my crucifix is bent backwards (an easy fix but I don’t don’t to make it worse) and somehow I’m terrified my 550 has begun to show signs of serious wear (I attribute this to my constant fiddling & in and out of my pocket/under my gear, not the materials). I had gone with this one because of the more matte look (a bit more tactical obviously you don’t want anything shiny in the bush) as it turns out my beads have scuffed and are now more reflective than I had desired. $40 is a lot of money to spend, thus why it took me so long to decide on which rosary to go with, although I wish that this one would’ve lasted longer, when the time comes to replace it I know which company I’ll use.

Heck I’ll even start a new paragraph just to separate the negative. This is a GREAT company, despite very possibly overestimating a product (my fault) I will do business with them again, next time knowing better what I might want.! Thanks RR!!

I have in the past ordered multiple Rugged Rosaries. Never disappointing, they are a quality item for the active guy/gal.

This is my second rosary. It’s an all metal beads and wearable concealed carry. I enjoy the manly feel of the beads which add weight to it. When I pray with this rosary, I noticed that I’m more intense and enjoy the experience, because it doesn’t feel so fragile. Every Catholic man needs a rugged rosary and it’s a great tool to introduce non believers into the faith because it’s truly powerful. You guys are awesome, keep it up.

Even though I mainly pray my Rosary in the car on my drive to work, I would go through rosaries relatively quickly. I googled for “durable man’s rosary” and saw this site. Wow! Great selection, handmade, and rugged! I liked the look of the Camo Paracord rosary and now that I have it, I love it. This is a well-made rosary with sturdy materials that will last a VERY long time. I will say I was a bit surprised at the size, the crucifix spans my palm. The photos might include a shot showing the rosaries in someone’s hand to give an idea of size. But that aside, this is a great rosary that lives up to the name - Rugged!

This was an early Father’s Day gift for my husband who served in the US Military. I couldn’t wait to give it to him. It arrive Friday before Memorial Day and he was really excited to pray the rosary for the intentions of all his fallen brothers who served with him especially his childhood best friend. I love my Rosary and I already started doing my Christmas shopping, it's the perfect gift for a loved one, my friends and family are all getting them.

I came across this site when looking for 15 or 20 decade rosaries. I have a paracord rosary that I had ordered from another company in the past. I was happy with this one, but was impressed by the description of the construction from Rugged Rosary. As stated on RR the rosaries here are legit field worthy. While the other rosary I purchased had a linked on crucifix, which is the weak point, the rugged rosary design uses the split rings. I am comfortable is saying this rosary is meant for heavy duty.

Ruggedness aside, the rosaries are beautifully made. I have always been partial to wooden beads in the past and was a little hesitant in the resin beads, but upon receiving it and using and feeling it, I am a fan. The beads do not have the cheap trinket bead feel (large seams from molding). This is my favorite rosary, since receiving this rosary and seeing the quality and beauty of it, I have put in an order for a custom. This is now my go to rosary source. I am looking here for gifts as well.

I don't think you will be disappointed. I am definitely not.
