 The Chaplet of the Holy Face comes from Sr. Mary of St. Peter, a Holy Carmelite Nun of Tours, France, given to her by our Lord on November 15, 1843.

The chaplet is said for the “Triumph of His Holy Church, and the downfall of her enemies.” The chaplet of the Holy Face honors the five senses of our Lord Jesus Christ as he suffered the crucifixion.

The Golden Arrow represents the Golden Arrow Prayer:

May the most holy, most sacred, most adorable, most incomprehensible and unutterable Name of God be always praised, blessed, loved, adored and glorified, in Heaven, on earth, and under the earth, by all the creatures of God, and by the Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar. Amen.

Holy Face Rosary

Order the holy face rosary and was so very pleased when it arrived. It exceed expectation. I now use it daily and found the beads a real practical size for use. This is a product I would recommend.

I can’t say I’m happy with this chaplet aesthetically speaking. Though the centrepiece knot work it is nice, sadly the paracord to bead size is not very pleasing, nor are the plastic black and red beads. My fault perhaps I did not read the description and thought the black beads were Ebony like the rosary I have from rugged rosaries. And having mentioned that rosary there is still an awful smell from however the beads were treated - I had inquired and was told it would wear off but we are now many many many months past that purchase and the smell has not worn off at all. :(

Beautiful guide for prayer.
Would have liked a card regarding how to pray the Chaplet of the Holy Face.

poor attention to detail

I've bought several rosaries from Rugged Rosaries . This one is the first I have been extremely disappointed with. I bought the Holy Face rosary. The small Holy Face medal was placed so that the back of it is shown when the front of the crucifix is faced forward. A lack of attention to detail. I took off the the same Holy Face medal to turn it right side but now cannot get it back on without bending the jump ring attached out of shape. I am so angry for what I paid for this it should have been perfect. I don't even want to use it now and I will never buy another item from Rugged Rosary !

When will your order ship?  What are your shipping rates?

Orders received Monday through Thursday at noon will be shipped within 24 hours.
Orders received after 12 noon on Thursdays generally will ship on Monday.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer a free Standard shipping option for domestic USA orders of $75.00 or more.
 

USA ORDERS
On orders in the USA we offer rates starting at $6.50 with service from USPS and UPS including 2nd day air.  Rates vary depending on which service the customer selects at checkout. 

Carriers start counting delivery time on the day after the item is received by the carrier.
We have found that orders going to the lower 48 states usually arrive within 3 or 4 days using standard but is not guaranteed.
  • USPS Standard  (5 - 8 days) for orders of $75.00 or more:  FREE
  • USPS Standard  (5 - 8 days) for orders under $75.00:  $6.50
  • USPS Priority  (3 - 4 business days):  $16.50
  • UPS Ground (5 - 10 days):  $12.50
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 2 3 days):  $18.25
 

CANADIAN ORDERS

USPS Economy Intl (8 - 16 days) is $17.00 USD

Refunds

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.

Exchanges from OTHER Companies - Dupe Swaps

If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
