Who would have ever thought that there would be snow falling on a hilltop in Rome in the middle of a hot August day? That is exactly what the Blessed Mother said would occur in a dream to a wealthy childless couple in 352 A.D.! Mary told the couple in the dream that she wanted a church built in her honor and that the place for this church would be covered in snow. Then, on a hot summer day, August 5th, miraculously, Esquiline Hill in Rome was covered in snow. The wealthy couple had no heirs, so built the church there which today is now the magnificent Basilica of St. Mary Major, the seat of devotion to Our Lady of the Snows in the Catholic Church.

If you do not wish to use the FREE EASY USA RETURN portal, ship your item with a note that includes your name, email, and message as to why you wish to return your item, to the address below. When using this method, returns are accepted for any reason within 90 days of your purchase date. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
