Orders received Monday through Thursday at noon will be shipped within 24 hours.
Orders received after 12 noon on Thursdays generally will ship on Monday.

• USPS Standard  (5 - 8 days) for orders under $75.00:  $6.50
  
• USPS Priority  (3 - 4 business days):  $16.50
  
• UPS Ground (5 - 10 days):  $12.50
• UPS 2nd Day Air (2 2 3 days):  $18.25

Other INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Some countries have a choice for USPS Economy Intl and others only have the option of DHL Express Worldwide.  Customers will be shown all possible options available at checkout.

USPS Economy Intl (8 - 18 days) is $25.20 USD 
DHL Express Worldwide (4 - 8 days) is $32.00 USD

If your order does not meet your expectations for any reason, we are happy to work with you to either send a replacement, do an exchange, accept returns for refund, or repairs.

We even do exchanges for copycat competitors' similar products!

Returns

If you would like to return an item for any reason within 90 days of your purchase date, and you are in the USA, then you can qualify for FREE EASY RETURNS. Just visit our return portal at the link below:

If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, or if you are not in the USA, please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com.

If you do not wish to use the FREE EASY USA RETURN portal, ship your item with a note that includes your name, email, and message as to why you wish to return your item, to the address below. When using this method, returns are accepted for any reason within 90 days of your purchase date. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.

Exchanges from OTHER Companies - Dupe Swaps

If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
