My husband got me this, the only problem I have is the mantle needs to be front and back. The one you have is not stationary and moves always to the front. I have recommended this scapular to others but it needs to be a fixed maybe you can figure something out for us. Thanks

It was a hassle to wear at first because the medals kept sliding along the length of chain. Then I tied the medals in place with a little piece of fishing line, and now it's perfect. I bought a pack of ten to hand out as gifts.
This scapular is the perfect solution to wanting a genuine brown, wool scapular but also one that is waterproof and can be worn and washed. Absolutely brilliant! Great quality. My husband ordered one for himself.
I am very happy with the three scapulars I received for my wife , son and myself . I ordered the ones on chains and they are very well made and look very nice . I have also ordered two rosaries in the past and both are beautiful and well made they will last for ever . Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that a refund has been applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Although we issue the refund immediately, it might take a few business days to appear on your credit card. Please note we cannot refund return shipping costs.

We are also happy to exchange rosaries in new condition within a reasonable amount of time. Please email us at support@ruggedrosaries.com if you wish to make an exchange. In your email, just tell us which rosary you would like instead. We can send you the new rosary, along with a prepaid return label to make it simple to return the original rosary.
If you purchased a similar product from another company such as a paracord rosary, or a WWI style combat rosary, and for whatever reason, you have a problem with it - We will take care of you! Maybe the other company doesn't have good customer service or maybe you bought a cheaper imported mass-produced copy (see about them here).
